Inside the Reset
Most wellness routines focus on output – more discipline, more intensity, more optimization.
This one didn’t.
Our first Biohack-It Reset was designed to support the nervous system first, bringing the body into a state where it can actually repair, restore, and function as it’s meant to.
The Experience
Movement (A Different Starting Point)
We began with low-impact Pilates, led by Brooke Esposito, not to push the body, but to signal safety.
Because when the body feels safe, everything else begins to work.
- Cortisol softens
- Digestion improves
- Energy steadies
- Focus returns
Red Light Therapy (Cellular Repair)
From there, we moved into full-body and targeted red light therapy using Alora and LumaLux systems.
Not for aesthetics, but for what’s happening beneath the surface.
- Inflammation is reduced
- Recovery accelerates
- Collagen production increases
- The nervous system begins to downregulate
Supplementation (What Actually Lands)
We closed with Rho Nutrition’s liposomal supplements, designed for absorption, not just consumption.
Because most people aren’t lacking supplements. They’re lacking delivery.
- Nutrients reach the cells more effectively
- Bioavailability increases
- Energy becomes more stable
Community & Purpose
In partnership with Mia’s Miracles, 10% of proceeds were donated to families navigating life-altering diagnoses.
A reminder that wellness isn’t just personal, it’s something we build, and share together.
What’s Next
This was our first community Reset – and it’s only the beginning.
Future experiences will continue to explore what happens when the body is supported, not pushed.
