Tracy Harmoush

Tracy Harmoush spent a decade in investment banking before becoming one of the region’s most recognized voices in longevity and personal growth. Based in Dubai, she is the founder and CEO of Untraceable, a women’s metabolic health community, and founder and CMO of Mama Booza.

Today she reaches more than a million people across her platforms and leads a community of thousands of women redefining what health, strength and longevity look like. Her work has been featured in Grazia, Cosmopolitan, Harper’s Bazaar, Madame and Vogue, and recognized with the Arab Woman Award (2020), a MENA Content Creator Award (2022) and an Entrepreneur Magazine award (2023).

In 2023 she launched What They Don’t Tell Us, a long-form podcast about the conversations the mainstream isn’t having, from health and emotional intelligence to entrepreneurship and discipline. Guests have included Mo Gawdat, Vishen Lakhiani and Dr. Saliha Afridi. Tracy is also a keynote speaker.
