1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of biohackitmedia.com (the "Site"), operated by Biohack-it Media Group, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Biohack-it Media Group," "BMG," "we," "us"). By using the Site, joining our mailing list, or buying a ticket or product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

Biohack-it Media Group is a media and experiences company. The Site features podcasts and content from creators in our network, information about our events, and ways to join our community.

3. Health and content disclaimer

All content on the Site, including podcasts, videos, articles, guest interviews and event materials, is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Always consult your doctor or another qualified healthcare provider before changing your diet, supplements, medication, exercise or treatment.

Views expressed by creators, hosts and guests are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of BMG. Mention of a product, practitioner or treatment is not an endorsement.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, audio, video, graphics, logos and podcast media, belong to BMG or the creators and partners who license them to us. You may view and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, modify, republish or redistribute any content or code without our written permission.

5. Events and tickets

Tickets and products sold on the Site are subject to the details on each event or product page, including date, location, what is included and any age or eligibility requirements. Unless a page states otherwise:

  • Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with notice to us at contact@biohack-it.com.
  • If we cancel an event, we will refund the ticket price. We are not responsible for travel, lodging or other costs.
  • We may change speakers, schedules or venues when needed and will notify ticket holders of material changes.
  • Events may be photographed or filmed. By attending, you agree that BMG may use images or recordings that include you for promotional purposes.
  • Wellness activities at events are voluntary. You participate at your own risk and should check with your doctor first.

Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

6. Mailing list and communications

When you join the network or sign up for updates, you agree to receive emails about our content, events and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site links to and embeds third-party services such as YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and Instagram, as well as partner and sponsor sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BMG, its creators, team and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, health outcomes or losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, its content or our events. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
